Night Capacity is no more than the availability of beds (6 people)

PLEASE LEAVE COTTAGE HILL OF GRAND LAKE JUST AS IT WAS WHEN YOUR FAMILY ARRIVED.
Cleaning supplies are in the furnace room and under the kitchen sink to maintain light housekeeping during your stay. Please secure your garbage in the bags provided and take them with you when you depart.
Double check to make sure you have all of your possessions.
Please remove all items from the refrigerator upon departure.

Leave the keys in the house on the counter and LOCK the door. You will be charged for missing keys!

Violation of any of the rules may result in a deduction from the security deposit. Please inform your daytime guests, as well as everyone that is staying with you of the above stated rules.
