Summer 2012 Rates (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend)

1 week.............................$850.00
1 week (that includes the 4th of July)...$950.00

3000 lb boat hoist available for a $150.00 weekly fee

Half of one weeks rent required in order to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 10 days prior to arrival date. A $200.00 security deposit is to be paid when balance of rent is due. Any damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit. A check will be made out and mailed to the party who paid for the reservation within one week of departure. One set of bed linens and towels will be provided.

Weekend Rates
(Weekends can only be booked two weeks in advance)

3 days (Fri, Sat, Sun) weekend $650.00

3 days (holiday) weekend $750.00

4 day (holiday) weekend $800.00

When renting for more than one week consecutively there will be a $50.00 discount each week rented.
