Blue Horizon Hwy. has three entrances off US 23. It is approximately 20 miles north of Alpena and almost an equal distance south of Rogers City. It is on the west side of the lake, about midway up the lake. By taking the northern most entrance onto Blue Horizon Hwy, Cottage Hill of Grand Lake will be the fifth house on the left.
